Dr. Rahnuma Amin

  Dr Rahnuma Amin is a compassionate and dedicated medical practitioner with over six years of diverse clinical experience in both Australia and overseas. She holds general registration with AHPRA and is currently practising at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, where she works in the Emergency Department.

  Dr Amin completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Sir Salimullah Medical College in Bangladesh, before successfully passing the AMC examinations and pursuing further medical training in Australia. Her clinical background includes rotations across a wide range of specialties, including General Medicine, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

  She has a strong foundation in acute care and inpatient management, and is particularly passionate about providing holistic, culturally sensitive care to patients of all backgrounds.

  With a gentle and thoughtful approach, Dr Amin prioritises clear communication, evidence-based practice, and continuity of care. She is committed to supporting her patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing across all life stages.

  As Dr Rahnuma joins us in her role as a GP Registrar, we are pleased to offer reduced consultation fees for appointments with her. These discounted fees apply only to visits with Dr Rahnuma and are part of her supervised training under the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) program.
