  To make things easier for our patients, Robertson Doctor has introduced a new recall and reminder system through HotDoc.

  This change will help us streamline our processes and ensure you receive important reminders more efficiently.

  If you receive a text message or email from HotDoc saying that your GP has a message for you, it may relate to:

  – A vaccination reminder

  – A health check that’s due

  – Test results that have arrived

  There’s no need to worry — it’s simply a friendly reminder to book an appointment with your regular GP.
